Lake View Caravan
We are located adjacent to the A16 one mile outside of Market Deeping towards Spalding Lincolnshire. Each parking bay has its own allocated plot number which is your own. All the bays are on hard standings with large parking bays 4.50m wide and over 7m deep with good access on concrete roads. We can accommodate boats, trailers, and any other vehicles.
Entry and exit is through two security coded gates with a key fob with 24hr CCTV monitoring. The site is a rural location with the owners living on site. It is alarmed and monitored 24hrs a day 7 days a week, with high banks and dykes on three sides which are all monitored by a security fence. There is a second gate which will be closed after the access hours so no one will be able to gain access unless you have out of hour’s arrangement. Times do vary between the seasons this is to allow daylight access to prevent accidents and to keep a secure site after the hours of darkness.
Security is very important to us and we are pleased to have gained a Gold security award through the Caravan Storage Site Owners Association (CaSSOA), of which we are a member. A recognised, secure storage site is increasingly being demanded by caravan insurers and in some cases this can reflect in lower insurance premiums.
All owners are required to complete a storage agreement with us, which sets out the terms and conditions of storage and provides details about yourself and the unit being stored. We will require proof of identity and address.
Storage charges vary depending on the size of caravan and period you wish to leave it with us. Payment is required in advance. The normal options are to pay either quarterly, half yearly or annually .
